古陶新彩——彩陶作坊的民族考古学调查

The New Technology of Ancient Painted Pottery:An Ethnoarchaeological Case Study in Modern Painted Pottery Workshops

本文是对当代两处仿古彩陶作坊的民族考古学调查报告。尤其详细记录了河南渑池仰韶彩陶坊的彩陶制作技术。重点介绍原料种类、原料加工、成型修整、绘彩装饰、烧制等工序。虽然两处作坊的彩陶技术与仰韶文化、马家窑文化彩陶的制作技术在多方面存在差异,但将其产品与古代彩陶进行技术痕迹方面的类比,仍会为古代彩陶技术研究带来启示。

This is an ethnoarchaeological report on two modern pottery workshops producing replicas of ancient painted pottery. We focus on the technology of painted pottery making from Yangshao Painted Pottery Workshop in Mianchi county, Henan province. The choice and preparation of materials, techniques of primary forming, secondary forming, decoration, and firing are illustrated with details. It is noticed that both workshops’ technology is different from prehistoric painted pottery technology. The comparison between modern and ancient technology is able to inspire research on ancient ceramic technology.
