“秦制”探析——基于秦始皇陵的观察

Exploration and Analysis of the Qin System:the Observation about the Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum

本文讨论的'秦制'指秦代都城规划的原则规范。秦制的具体内容文献中没有明确记载。本文从文献与考古材料入手,分析了秦制所产生、确立的历史时段为始皇三十五年至二世时期。秦制的主要内容包括法天象、苑囿设都与构建中心三方面的原则规范。从秦始皇陵的考古材料看,始皇陵对秦制的要素进行了实践。

The Qin System discussed in this paper means the principles and norms of the capital planning in the Qin Dynasty,but there were not any clear records in ancient documents.Based on the literature and archaeological materials,the paper analyses the historical period of the birth and establishment of the Qin System,which was from the 35 th year of Emperor Qinshihuang’s period to the time of the Second Emperor of Qin Dynasty.The main content of the Qin System included the principles and norms of three aspects:imitating astronomical phenomena,constructing capital in the forbidden garden and forming the center of the whole territory.From the archaeological materials about the Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum,the factors of the Qin System have been practiced.
