粮食拾取装袋装置设计

Research on Food Pickup and Bagging Devices

针对粮食在晾晒过后的收集过程中存在有灰尘等杂质及在装袋过程中的劳动强度大、工作效率低等问题,设计了集粮食拾取、除杂、装袋于一体的粮食拾取装袋装置。本粮食拾取装袋装置可实现粮食的自动收集输送,可对粮食的分布位置进行自动调节,达到节约时间和大量人力物力资源的效果,在中间段对粮食进行除杂,除杂后的粮食输送到装袋机构进行装袋,同时可根据需要对粮食的装袋量进行设定。此粮食拾取装袋装置具有自动拾取、自动调节吸粮位置、自动除杂筛选、装袋可实现装袋量可控等优点,提高了粮食拾取装袋的效率。

Based on the collection process of grain after drying,there are some problems such as dust and im-purities,great labor force and low efficiency in bagging process,thus,a grain picking and bagging device which integrates grain picking,impurity removing and bagging is designed.This automatic bagging grain pick-up device can realize the grain collection and transportation,and distribution of food can be automatically adjusted,which will be to save time and a lot of manpower and resources,in the middle section,the grain is removed and the grain is transported to the bagging institution for bagging,and the bagging capacity of the grain can be set ac-cording to the requirement.The grain picking and bagging device has the advantages of automatic pick-up,auto-matic adjustment of grain absorption position,automatic impurity screening,bagging,controllable bagging,etc.,and the efficiency of picking and bagging of grain is improved.
