新疆少数民族地区国家通用语作文数据库建设研究

The study about building the database of Chinese writing in the minority areas in Xinjiang province of China

摘要 '一带一路'构想的实施,对沿线国家和地区的语言发展提出了新的要求。新疆作为丝绸之路经济带的核心区和向西开放的重要门户,与周边国家的经贸文化交往日益频繁,各种信息传递、贸易往来、咨询服务等都需要语言文字的准确表达和书写。作为国家通用语学习主要对象和丝绸之路经济带建设后备力量的新疆中小学生,更应在新时代背景下尽快提高国家通用语言的表达与文字书写能力。笔者在文献梳理与实地调研的基础上,从提高学生国家通用语水平、提升教师国家通用语作文教学质量和强化少数民族地区语言文字规范化建设三个方面,阐述了建立国家通用语作文数据库的必要性和紧迫性。同时,提出了建设该数据库的思路,主要包括:语料收集、相关信息统计、主要内容和实现功能。 'The Belt and Road' concept put forward new requirements for the countries and regions along the development of language. As an important gateway to the core area and the opening to the west of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Xinjiang and neighboring countries have become increasingly frequent exchange in economy and culture. All kinds of information transfer, trade, consulting services need accurate expression and writing ability. It is very important to improve the students’ national common language expression and writing ability as soon as possible. Based on the previous status of Minority Areas Students’ Chinese Writing and issues related to literature review and research, combined with the current study and research of the situation in Xinjiang students’ Chinese writing, this paper from helping minority students master the correct method of writing to improve the general level of language, providing the basis for the teaching of Chinese composition teaching minority teachers, improving teaching quality of Chinese writing to describes the necessity and urgency of establishing a database of Chinese writing. At the same time, it proposed the construction of the database plan, including : corpus collection, information about statistics, the main content and implementation functions.
