晚清新疆义学的教材、考课与经费

The Textbook,Test and Expenditure of Charity school in Late Qing Dynasty in Xinjiang

光绪初年清朝重新恢复对新疆的统治后,朝廷和地方官府为了克服过去通过伯克等地方精英间接治理新疆的诸多弊端,希望能与民间百姓实现比较直接的交流,拉近官府与当地民众的距离,因而在当地维吾尔百姓中大力开展汉语义学教育。以往限于资料,未能取得全面深入的研究。本文利用新近影印出版的《清代新疆档案选辑》等第一手档案资料,就晚清新疆义学教育过程中的教材、考课与经费等内容进行了较为深入的探讨,以期对晚清新疆官办民族教育的研究有所推进。

After the Xinjiang’s government was reconstructed by the Qing Dynasty in 1877,the Qing Dynasty and local government in order to overcome disadvantages of local elites’s management,and communicate with common people directly,start to develop Chinese culture and education in the local Uygur people,But previous studies because of limited material,not to achieve a comprehensive study,and this paper used the newly published documentary material discussed the textbook,test and expenditure of charity school in Xinjiang in the Late Qing Dynasty,to promote the research of Xinjiang education.
