当前我国民族宗教问题凸现原因及治理思路

Caused behind Salience of Ethnic Religious Problems in Current China and Administrative Ideas

当前我国民族宗教问题呈不断凸现态势。究其原因,20世纪末以来国际局势深刻演变导致的族裔民族主义、宗教极端势力和恐怖主义在全球的兴起扩散及大国博弈形成了其国际诱因;改革开放以来中国社会转型造成的社会身份结构变迁、市场经济与利益竞争导致的民族宗教意识强化,以及改革中出现的其他社会矛盾与民族宗教因素的结合则造成其国内根由。应对民族宗教问题不断凸现,需要坚定理论和制度自信,完善现有的民族宗教问题治理结构,进一步形成科学高效的治理体系。

At present,China has a growing salience of ethnic and religious problems.The causes behind this salience are as follows:since the end of 20 th century,great evolution of international situation had brought about nationalism of ethnic groups,extreme religiousstrength,the rise and spread of terrorism across the world,and international causes as a result of games of great powers.Since the reform and door-opening policy,the transformation of Chinese society brought about changes of social identity,market economy and benefits competition have strengthened the ethnic and religious awareness,and other social contradictions aroused in reform are functioning together with ethnic and religious factors,and thus become the domestic causes for the salience.In order to handle the growing salience of ethnic and religious problems,we should have strong confidence of the theories and systems,perfect the current administrative structure of ethnic and religious problems,and further develop scientific and highly effective administrative system.
