《藏羌彝文化产业走廊总体规划》是一部针对西部民族地区发展文化产业的纲领性指导文件,也是我国第一个国家层面的区域文化产业发展专项规划。河洮岷地区处于藏羌彝走廊的核心区域,其自然生态独特、文化形态多样,极具经济开发价值。地方政府要深刻理解《规划》要求和精神,与甘肃"华夏文明传承创新区"的发展战略平台相结合,用足、用活这一政策,促进河洮岷地区民族经济长久持续的发展。

General Planning of Cultural Industry Corridor of Tibetan,Qiang and Yi Nationalitiesis a programmatic and guiding file targeting at the development of cultural industry in west ethnic area,and also the firstspecialized planning of regional cultural industry development at the national level in China.The area of He,Tao and Min is located in central area of the corridor of Tibetan,Qiang and Yi nationalities,has unique natural ecology,cultural diversity and high economic value for development.The local governments should have a good understanding of The Planning,and integrate it into the development strategy of'newarea of inheritance and innovation of Chinese civilization,and make most of this policy so as to promote the sustained development of ethnic economy in this very area.
