如何通过媒体语言传播来提升国家形象 被引量:4

摘要 国家形象是一国在世界中软实力的重要组成部分,是国家核心竞争力的主要外在体现。随之全球化与信息化的不断加速与融合,国家间经贸、文化、社会等各个领域的竞争日趋激烈,有效保持并提升国家形象已成为多数国家的重要战略目标。随之互联网等新媒体的飞速发展,各类媒体作为信息传播交流的载体对于国家形象具有潜移默化的重要影响。而高效、规范、得体的媒体语言传播更是媒体工作建设的核心。因此针对我国媒体语言传播中规范性不强、渠道较窄、国际化水平低等问题,建议采取的措施包括:构建完善国家形象战略,完成媒体语言传播规划;规范媒体语言的使用;拓展媒体渠道、增强影响力、提升话语权;通过媒体语言传播文化教育间接提升国家形象等。 National image is an important part of soft power of a nation in the world,and is a main exterior manifestation of national core competition.With the increase and integration of globalization and informationization,national competition becomes increasingly intense in trade,culture,society,etc.effectively maintaining and enhancing national image becomes a key strategical goal for most nations.With the rapid development of new media such as internet,as the carrier of information dissemination and communication,all kinds of media are leaving important and unconscious influence upon nationalimage.The effective,normative and decent media language dissemination is the core of media construction.The problems in media language dissemination are as follows:norms being weak,channels being narrow and internationalized level being low,etc.The following measures should be taken:constructing strategy to enhance national image and accomplish planning of media language dissemination;normalizing the use of media language;expanding media channels,enhancing the influence and promoting discourse power;indirectly enhancing national image through cultural education for media language dissemination,etc.
