摘要 在语保工程的牵引下,近年有高校提出和实施建设语言博物馆,这是文化繁荣和语言学科发展的现实诉求。语言博物馆作为公益机构,要面向语言社群、语文工作者和社会公众,实现资源采集和保护、语言学习和知识传播等基本功能。语言资源和语言服务的功能属性决定了语言博物馆更适合数字博物馆而非实体博物馆。现时语言博物馆的实施主体是高校语言系所,资源采集和保存主要服从于某些领域的语言学研究,在法律保障、服务能力、专业人员、社会服务网络方面存在先天不足,难以有效保护语言资源并开展切实的服务。语言博物馆建设必须将社会传播和可持续作为首要考量。 Inspired by the Language Resources Protection Project,in recent years,some universities have proposed and built language museums,this is the realistic demand of cultural prosperity and linguistics disciplinary development.As a public welfare organization,language museums should be oriented to language communities,language and literature staff and the public,and realize the basic functions of resource collection and protection,language learning,knowledge dissemination and so on.The functional attributes of language resources and language services determine that language museums should be more suitably in form of digital museums rather than entity ones.At present,the main body of the implementation of language museums is the language departments in universities,language resource collection and preservation mainly serve linguistic studies in certain areas,there are congenital deficiencies in legal system,service ability,personnel quality and social network,so it is difficult to protect language resources effectively,and also difficult to promote language services and communication.Social dissemination and sustainability must be the priority in the construction of language museums.
