甘蓝型油菜三隐性核不育白花突变材料的三系选育方法及其遗传分析 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究甘蓝型油菜三隐性核不育白花突变材料的三系选育,并验证三隐性核不育类型油菜的遗传模式。【方法】从2004年陕西省油菜区域试验编号为"8"的材料中发现了1株甘蓝型油菜白花突变体单株,自交产生育性分离;通过连续兄妹交筛选优质不育系,同时通过广泛测交筛选临保系和优质恢复系,最后运用临保系与恢复后代测交出现7∶1的育性分离比的方法来验证三隐性核不育类型油菜的遗传模式。【结果】选育出稳定的白花纯合两型系、白花临保系、白花全不育系及恢复系。在遗传验证中,得到了编号为h25的非恢复株,符合自交61∶3、测交7∶1的分离比例。【结论】实现了白花性状的三系配套,初步证明复等位模式有待进一步商榷。 【Objective】In this study,the breeding of three lines of recessive genic male sterile mutation was built and its genetic mode was verified.【Method】A plant with white flower mutation was obtained in number 8of Shaanxi Province regional trial of Brassica napus L.in 2004.Fertility segregation was observed after self-cross.The continuous sib mating cross was performed to screen high quality male sterile lines and extensive test-cross was performed to screen temporary maintainer lines(TAM)and restorer lines.The genetic mode of Brassica napus L.with three-recessive genic male sterility was tested based on the use of fertility segregation ratio of 7∶1in the offspring of TAM and restorer lines.【Result】Stable homozygous two-type lines,temporary maintainer lines,fully sterile lines with white flowers,and restores lines were bred.In the genetic verification,a non-restorer line coded h25was obtained and it had the segregation ratios of 61∶3(self-cross)and 7∶1(test-cross).【Conclusion】The genic male sterile line that could be used to realize three lines breeding was bred.Further investigation on allelic mode is needed.
