摘要
【目的】研究滴灌条件下灌水下限与施氮量耦合对塑料大棚厚皮甜瓜产量和品质的影响。【方法】以厚皮甜瓜"一品天下208"为材料,采用二因素二次通用旋转组合设计,通过塑料薄膜隔离小区栽培,分别建立产量、可溶性固形物含量与灌水下限、施氮量2因子的数学模型,并分析2因素的耦合效应。【结果】分别模拟出了灌水下限、施氮量耦合对甜瓜产量与可溶性固形物含量的数学模型,模型均达到显著水平。在本试验条件下,灌水下限对产量的影响大于施氮量,对可溶性固形物含量的影响小于施氮量;2因素对产量和可溶性固形物含量的影响均存在显著的负交互作用。当灌水下限为60%~65%,施氮量为100~120kg/hm2时,甜瓜产量高、品质好,产量和可溶性固形物含量分别可达37 200kg/hm2和15.2%。【结论】充分利用灌水下限和氮肥的耦合效应可以保证甜瓜的高产、优质。
【Objective】This experiment was carried out to elucidate the effects of lower limit irrigation and nitrogen coupling on the yield and quality of muskmelon in plastic greenhouse with drip irrigation.【Method】Thick peel muskmelon'Yipintianxia 208'was chosen as the study objective.In order to separately model the relation of yield and soluble solid content with water and nitrogen,we adopted the quadratic general rotational combination design and planted muskmelon in the plots segregated by plastic film.【Result】The models describing the effects of lower limit irrigation and nitrogen coupling on yield and soluble solid content were separately obtained with significant levels.The yield of muskmelon was influenced more by water than nitrogen,while soluble solid content was opposite.Effects of the two factors on yield and soluble solid content had significant negative interactions.When irrigation lower limit was 60%-65%and nitrogen was 100-120kg/hm2,the muskmelon had the highest yield of 37 200kg/hm2 and the highest soluble solid content of 15.2%.【Conclusion】High yield and good quality of muskmelon could be obtained taking full advantage of lower limit irrigation and nitrogen coupling.
