摘要 【目的】分析陕西省丹汉江流域重点水土保持工程的适宜性,为开展水土保持工程建设提供科学的决策依据。【方法】首先分析丹汉江流域各时期('长治'工程1~7期和'丹治'工程1期)重点水土保持工程的完成情况;在此基础上构建水土保持工程适宜性评价指标体系;然后分别采用层次分析法和主成分分析法计算水土保持工程适宜性的综合评价分值(EI);最后对各时期水土保持工程适宜性的综合评价分值进行排名,并对2种分析方法的评价结果进行比较。【结果】20世纪80年代以来,陕西省丹汉江流域水土保持工程的实施范围逐步扩大,治理任务和投资量增加,单位面积投资和中央投资比例提高,工程的治理措施逐渐配套,水土保持效益越来越显著。从'长治'1期到'长治'7期工程,丹汉江流域水土保持工程的综合评价分值EI一直呈波动变化,到'丹治'1期工程时EI值急剧提高;基于层次分析法和主成分分析法得到的各时期水土保持工程适宜性排名结果基本一致('长治'2期和4期除外)。【结论】陕西省丹汉江流域水土保持工程中的'丹治'1期工程与各时期'长治'工程相比具有较强的适宜性。 【Objective】The suitability evaluation of key soil and water conservation projects in DanHan River watershed of Shaanxi Province was analyzed to provide scientific decision-making basis for carrying out water and soil conservation projects.【Method】First,the execution of key soil and water conservation projects at every period(periods 1-7of'Changzhi'and period 1of'Danzhi')in Dan-Han River watershed was analyzed.Then,the suitability evaluation system was constructed and the integrated evaluation values(EI)of key soil and water conservation projects were calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process method and Principle Components Analysis method.Finally,the integrated evaluation values of key soil and water conservation projects at each period were ranked and the results of these two methods were compared.【Result】Since the 1980 s,the implementation area of soil and water conservation projects in DanHan River watershed of Shaanxi Province gradually expanded,assignment and investment increased,investment per unit area and proportion of central government investment increased,control measures gradually improved,and the benefits were more and more notable.The integrated evaluation values of soil and water conservation projects of Dan-Han River watershed fluctuated all along from period 1to period 7of'Changzhi'project,and increased sharply at the period 1of'Danzhi'project.Results of Analytic HierarchyProcess method and Principle Components Analysis method were generally identical except for period 2and period 4of'Changzhi'project.【Conclusion】Period 1of'Danzhi'project was more suitable than any period of'Changzhi'project in Dan-Han River watershed of Shaanxi Province.
