摘要 以1,3,5-三(甲基三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D3F)、四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷(D4Vi)、二甲基环硅氧烷混合物(DMC)、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)和马来酸酐(MAH)为主要原料,在四甲基氢氧化铵(THMA)催化作用下,合成了一种新型有机氟硅共聚物(FCAS),并将其与实验室自制的长链烷基聚硅氧烷(LPSO)-有机硅树脂乳液进行物理共混,通过复配制得新型有机氟硅防水防油剂(FSW).用红外光谱(IR)、Zeta电位分析仪、纳米粒度仪和场扫描电镜(SEM)对FSW结构及其在织物上的应用性能进行了研究.应用结果表明:FSW的Zeta电位值为+29.1mV,平均粒径约为120.8nm.当FSW整理液浓度为1.5%,pH值为6.5~7,预烘温度为140℃时,处理后织物的拒水拒油性能最佳,整理后布样纤维的表面有一层光滑的覆盖膜,布样的静态接触角可达到146°,防油等级为4. In the case of Tetramethylammonium hydroxide,a novel Fluorosilicone copolymer(FCAS)was prepared with 1,3,5-tris(trifluoropropylmethyl)cyclotrisiloxane(D3 F),Tetramethyl tetravinyl cyclotetrasiloxane(D4 Vi),DMC,γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH-550)and Maleic anhydride(MAH)as the main raw materials.It was physically blended with a lab-made silicone resin emulsion,and a novel organic fluorosilicone water-and oil-repellent(FSW)was prepared by compounding.The FSW emulsion was characterized and analyzed by IR,Zeta potential analyzer,nanometer particle size instrument and SEM.Its application properties on fabrics were investigated.The results showed that the Zeta potential of the FSW was+29.1 mV,its average particle size was 120.8 nm.When the concentration of FSW was1.5%,the pH was 6.5~7,and the pre drying temperature was 140℃.The treated fabric has the best water and oil repellent capabilities,and it has a smooth coating on the surface,the static contact angle was 146°.
