摘要
具有不同形貌的生物质衍生碳材料对钠离子电池电化学性能有一定的影响,以花生衣为原料,采用两步煅烧法,通过控制温度成功制备出了具有不同形貌的生物质衍生碳材料.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、显微共焦激光拉曼光谱(Raman)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品的晶体结构、组成、石墨化程度以及微观组织形貌进行了表征分析,并对其电化学性能进行了研究.结果表明该生物质衍生碳材料具有良好的倍率性能,即当电流密度为0.05和4A·g-1时可呈现出428和194mAh·g-1的放电比容量;同时在0.05A·g-1的电流密度下循环300圈后可呈现出349mAh·g-1的高可逆容量.
Biomass derived carbon materials with different morphologies have certain effects on the electrochemical properties of sodium ion batteries.In this paper,apeanut skin was used to prepare a biomass derived carbon material with different morphology,through controlling the temperature during two-step calcination.X-ray diffraction(XRD),raman spectra,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)are used to analyze the crystal structure,composition,degree of graphitization and microstructure of the biomass derived carbon,and the electrochemical performance of the biomass derived carbon were also researched.Results demonstrate that the electrode displays a good rate capacity that is,when the current density is 0.05 and 4 A·g-1,the discharge specific capacity of 428 and 194 mAh·g-1 can be presented.At the same time,the high reversible capacity of349 mAh·g-1 can be presented after 300 cycles under the current density of 0.05 A·g-1.
