摘要
我国目前的学校发展正经历着从外延发展到内涵发展的转向。从内容来看,学校教育内涵发展是依靠结构优化、资源共享、效能提高以及制度保障等措施使现有教育、教学资源达到最大利用率,从而提高教育质量和办学效益的一种发展过程。学校教育内涵发展要以建立共同愿景为先导,把"全面发展"作为目标;以重建制度文化为支撑,把建立学校文化作为追求;以发现自身优势为起点,把办特色学校作为过程而不是目的;以建立激励机制为手段,加快教师专业化发展。学校教育内涵发展对全面提高我国义务教育质量,具有深远的意义。
Currently,the pattern of school development in China has been experiencing the change from the denotative development to the connotative development.On the content level,the educational connotative development of school is a process for improving the quality of education and the efficiency in school management,which relies on optimizing structures,sharing resources,improving efficiency,and guaranteeing the institution so as to maximize the use of educational and instructional resources.The educational connotative development of school should be oriented by building up the common vision and aiming at students'all round development,should be supported by reshaping the institutional culture and pursuing molding the school culture,should be originated from finding the advantages of its own and regarding establishing the specialist school as the procedure instead of the purpose,and should be sustained with setting up the incentive system and accelerating the pace of teachers' professional development.All in all,the educational connotative development of school has a profound influence on improving the quality of compulsory education in China.
