互联网使用行为对医患信任的影响:基于CFPS2016的分析

The Influence of Internet Behavior on Doctor-patient Trust:Based on CFPS 2016

使用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2016年数据的29647份有效个案,对中国居民的互联网使用行为和对医的信任水平之间的关系进行探究。结果发现:网民的对医信任水平显著低于非网民的对医信任水平,且个体的互联网使用时间越长、越不信任医生;同时,网民与非网民的常去医疗点、性别、收入情况也存在明显不同,这可能是影响其对医信任水平的重要因素。对网民的互联网使用行为类型与对医信任水平的进一步分析发现,对互联网信息的重视程度可以显著正向预测被试的对医信任水平,且更多使用互联网作为工作方式的工作型网民相较于其他类型网民具有更低的对医信任水平,其原因值得进一步的研究。

Based on the data from China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)2016,29647 valid cases were investigated to explore the relationship between internet behavior of Chinese residents and the level of trust in doctors.The results showed that the trust level of Internet users was significantly lower than that of non-internet users,and the longer they used the internet,the lower trust they will be.At the same time,it was significantly different between Internet users and non-internet users on medical treatment points,gender and income,which may be an important factor affecting their level of trust in doctors.Further analysis of types of internet behavior and the level of trust in doctors of internet users found that the evaluation of importance of information on the internet could significantly and positively predict subjects for doctor trust level.Compared to other types of internet users,working type users that use the internet as a way of working have a lower level of trust in medical,and its reason is worth further research.
