摘要
我国少数民族理科教育质量总体偏低,影响了民族地区的发展。少数民族理科教育薄弱问题主要表现在:少数民族学生理科学科成绩普遍较低;民族类高校理工科毕业生较少,难以满足社会需求;少数民族理科教师缺乏,专业结构不合理。从教育生态环境视角来看,少数民族理科教育薄弱问题的形成是少数民族的社会形态、传统文化等方面在民族发展过程中综合作用的结果。解决少数民族理科教育薄弱问题,应以大力培养一批具有理科学科专业能力以及跨文化适应能力的少数民族理科师资为突破口,从而有效提高少数民族理科教育质量。
The quality of science education for minority students in China is generally low,which has affected economic development of these areas.The weaknesses of science education are mainly as follows:Minority students generally have lower academic scores;There are fewer graduates of science and engineering in Minzu colleges and universities,which can hardly meet the social requirements;The science teachers of minorities are far from enough,and the professional structure is unreasonable.From the perspective of the educational ecological environment theory,the weaknesses of science education is the result of the comprehensive role of the social forms,traditional cultures and national languages of minorities in the process of national development.To solve the problems,we can make great efforts to cultivate more science teachers with professional ability of science,as well as cross-cultural adaptability and bilingual ability as a breakthrough,so as to effectively improve the quality of science education for minority students.
