石灰石粉对掺加钢渣的水泥砂浆力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在钢渣掺量一定的情况下,通过水泥砂浆力学性能试验,对掺加不同细度的石灰石粉的水泥砂浆进行了不同龄期的抗折、抗压强度测试。结果表明:在钢渣掺量一定的情况下,与未掺加石灰石粉的水泥砂浆比较,掺加一定量的石灰石粉可以提高水泥砂浆的抗压、抗折强度;钢渣掺量一定的情况下,随着石灰石粉细度的增加,水泥砂浆的压折比减小,水泥砂浆的柔韧性变好。用MATLAB曲线拟合工具箱对水泥砂浆的压折比进行模拟,结果发现,用指数函数形式模拟压折比拟合度较好。 Through the test of mechanical property of cement mortar ,the paper carried out the flexural , compressive strength test of cement mortar mixed with different fineness of limestone powder in different curing days under the condition of a certain dosage of steel slag .The results show that under the condition of a certain dosage of steel slag ,compared with cement mortar that is not added to limestone powder ,the addition a certain amount of limestone powder can improve compressive and flexural strength of cement mortar;under the condition of a certain dosage of steel slag , with the increase of fineness of limestone powder , the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength decreases , the flexibility of the cement mor-tar becomes better and better .The paper simulated the ratio of compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar by use of MATLAB curve fitting toolbox .The result indicated that the fitting of ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength simulated by a exponential function is better .
