陕西省城市建设用地利用生产要素对经济增长的贡献

Contribution urban construction land use production elements to economy growth in Shaanxi

城市建设用地对经济增长有重要作用,且其扩张有利于促进城市化的进程。以陕西省为例,根据陕西省2013年统计年鉴数据,运用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数建立分析模型,研究陕西省城市用地中各生产要素对经济发展的贡献,为集约利用土地和有效配置各种资源提供理论依据。研究结果表明:城市建设用地利用中资本因素对经济增长的贡献率高达78.86%,劳动力对经济增长的贡献率仅为12.2%,土地要素对经济增长贡献率达到50.48%。陕西省建设用地的资源配置属"倚资本发展型"。在今后的发展中,陕西必须规范土地市场秩序,大力转变经济增长方式,着力提高资源利用效率,加快建设节约型社会。

The construction land in urban plays an important role in the economic growth, and its expansion is conducive to the process of urbanization. According to Shaanxi statistical yearbook in 2013, using the Cobb-Douglas production function to establish analysis model, We studied the contribution of each factor to urban land to the economic development contribution, and provided theoretical basis for the intensive utilization of land and efficient allocation of various resources. The results showed that the contribution rate of the capital factors for economic growth was as high as 78.86% in the urban construction land;and the contribution rate of labor force for economic growth was only 12.2%; the contribution rate of land factor was 50.48%. The resource allocation of construction land is a 'lean on capital development-oriented' in Shaanxi. In the future development, the government must standardize the order of land market, transformate of the mode of economic growth,in order to improve the resource use efficiency and to speed up the construction of a conservation-minded society in Shaanxi.
