Integrate treatment and exploitation upon urban land:A case study of Shichuan River comprehensive environmental improvement project

对于城镇建设用地的概念、综合整治程序及主体工程、配套工程、生态治理等相关内容进行介绍,阐述了城镇土地综合开发治理工程中各构成部分的设计原理、工程要求及实施方法。以富平县石川河综合整治工程为例,通过河道治理、土地平整、污损土地改良改造、河流水体治理、配套工程的实施,对生态环境改善及促进区域经济发展,均有显著作用。

This paper provides an introduction on the concept of urban construction land,the procedure of the comprehensive improvement,the main project,auxiliary projects and ecological management,explains the design principle,engineering demands and implementation method of integrate treatment and exploitation upon urban land.Taking Shichuan River Comprehensive Environmental Improvement Project as an example,by river regulation,land leveling,Polluted land improve and reformation construction,water treatment and auxiliary projects in the project area,the ecological systems have been significantly improved, which has promote the development of regional economy.
