摘要
以土地工程项目施工管理的实际工作与行业的相关理论相结合,建立健全一套完整的进度、质量、成本、设计变更和签证控制的施工管理体系,对实施工程的相关因素进行详细梳理,系统总结出适应土地工程项目施工管理行之有效的措施。
Combined with the actual work and the relevant theory of the construction management of the land engineering project,a complete set of construction management system is created to manage the progress,quality,cost,design change and visa control of the project,which can analys the factors of the construction progress detailedly and summarizes the effective measures to adapt to the construction management of the land engineering project.
