摘要
植被恢复能够提升黄土高原丘陵沟壑区土壤质量,并对土壤细菌产生明显影响。本研究以宁南山区四种不同植被恢复样地(柠条地、苜蓿地、山桃地、撂荒地)土壤为研究对象,采用高通量测序技术研究土壤细菌对其响应。结果表明,四种样地共得到1712个操作分类单元(OTU),其Shannon指数和Chao指数分别维持在2.723.81和11981376,均以苜蓿地最高;苜蓿地的Sorensen群落相似度指数相对于后三者间较低,维持在0.5070.517;厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)是研究区域的三大优势细菌门类,占据了全部细菌比例的83.08%93.20%,同时厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)在苜蓿地所占比例相对最低。上述研究结果表明,四个样地中苜蓿地细菌丰度、多样性最好,与其余样地群落差异较大。
Vegetation restoration can improve soil quality in hilly and gully region of Loess Plateau,and has evident effect on soil bacteria.In this study,we chose soil samples from four different vegetation restoration field(Caragana korshinskii field, Medicago falcate field,Amygdalus davidiana field,abandoned field)in mountainous area of southern Ningxia as research object,studied their response of soil bacteria by using high-throughput technologies.The results showed that,there were 1712 Operational Taxonomic Units(OTU)in the four kinds of soil sample,the Shannon index and Chao index were maintained at 2.723.81 and 1 1981 376,both of them were higher in Medicago falcate field than the others;Sorensen community similarity index of Medicago falcate field was between 0.507 and 0.517,and was lower to the rest;Firmicutes,Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria were three advantage bacteria categories in our study,they occupied 83.08%93.20% of all bacteria proportion,but Firmicutes' proportion of bacteria in theMedicago falcate field was lower to other three field.These results showed that,bacteria abundance and diversity in Medicago falcate field are the best among the four field,and have large significance in community diversity to the rest field.
