摘要
当今社会正面临着水资源短缺,水质污染,洪涝灾害,水生物栖息地丧失等多种水环境问题,随着城市化进程的加快,城市内涝也呈逐年上涨趋势。本文通过对国内外的先进技术与政策对比研究,结合渭东新城公园建设,拟采用绿化屋顶、透水铺装等措施减少径流排放,结论表明采用绿化屋顶、透水铺装等可以有效的削减径流流量,收集大量的雨水,有效的缓解城市内涝。与此同时,还可带来良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益,进一步推进我市乃至全国的海绵城市建设。
Water shortage,water pollution,flood disaster,aquatic habitat loss,and other water environment problem are common problems in todays society.As the significantly increasing of urbanization,urban waterlogging is into a rising trend year by year.Based on the study of advanced technology and policy,this paper is intended to use green roofs,permeable pavement to reduce runoff discharge,combining with the park of Weinan Eastern New City construction.The results illustrated that low impact development of rainwater system can effectively reduce runoff flow,collect plenty water,relieve urban waterlogging.At the same time,it can also bring economic,environmental and social benefits,and promote sponge urban construction of our city and even the whole country.
