土地整治中的生态问题及对策研究

土地整治是实现城乡统筹发展的重要举措,土地整治应立足于"改善"而不是"改变",要实现保障发展和保护资源双赢的"双保"战略方针,生态文明建设是土地整治的新目标。我国土地整治虽然取得了一些令人可喜的成绩,但整治中采用不恰当的措施对周边区域的环境造成了负面影响。本文针对土地整治中存在的生态问题进行分析,阐明了土地生态恶化的原因,并提出了相应的解决对策。此对策有效的提高了耕地质量,缓解了农用耕地紧缺的现状,改善了农业生产、生活和生态环境,确保土地资源的可持续发展。

Land consolidation is an important way to achieve the balance of urban and rural development,land consolidation should be based on 'improvement'instead of 'change',to guarantee the 'double insurance'strategy and win-win situation of secure development and protection of resources,the construction of ecological civilization is the new target of land consolidation.Land consolidation in our country has made some good results,but using inappropriate measures caused negative impact to environment of the surrounding area.This paper analyzes the ecological problems existed in the work of land consolidation,clarifying the causes of land ecological deterioration,and proposing the corresponding solution countermeasures.The countermeasures improved the quality of cultivated land,alleviate the status quo of the agricultural land shortage, improve the agricultural production, living and ecological environment,to ensure the sustainable development of land resources.
