摘要
本文针对当前土地整理效益评价的研究及应用需要,从土地整理的经济、社会、生态效益三方面入手构建效益评价指标体系。通过九标度法确定各指标权重,同时对评价指标等级进行评判,最后运用模糊综合评判模型评价土地整理综合效益。评价结果表明:该土地整理项目综合效益评价等级值为1.439 4,属于"很好"等级,与项目区实际情况相符。研究表明该方法是一种系统、科学、易行的土地整理效益评价方法。
According to current research and application of land consolidation benefit evaluation,this paper focused on three aspects of economic,social and ecological benefits of land consolidation and established an evaluation index system.First we reckon indicators weight based on nine scale method,and then use Delphi method to evaluate land consolidation benefit class,at last a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for land consolidation comprehensive benefits was established.The evaluation results showed that the characteristics value of land consolidation comprehensive benefits was 1.439 4,belonging to the best grade,which accorded to the actual conditions of project area.The study indicated that the evaluation model was a kind of systematic,scientific and feasible method for land consolidation benefit evaluation.
