基于主成分分析的建设用地集约利用评价——以吴忠市为例 被引量:2

Evaluation of urban land intensive utilization based on principal component analysis——a case study of Wuzhong City

摘要 随着城市化和工业化快速发展,建设用地集约利用成为必然趋势。本文以宁夏回族自治区吴忠市为例,结合国内外建设用地集约利用相关研究成果,建立适用于吴忠市的建设用地集约利用综合评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法,对区域用地强度、投入水平、产出效益等多方面因素进行综合评价,并计算吴忠市建设用地集约利用综合评价得分。研究结果表明:(1)主成分分析通过KMO检验和巴特利球度检验,所选取主成分累积方差贡献率超过85%,评价结果可靠;(2)与自治区其它地市相比,吴忠市建设用地集约利用整体水平偏低,但土地集约利用可挖掘潜力巨大;(3)吴忠市建设用地集约利用水平受区位条件影响,空间分异性明显,发展极不平衡,主要表现在沿黄地区利通区和青铜峡市集约利用水平较高,而中南部和东部三县(区)建设用地集约程度较低。 With the development of urbanization and industrialization,the intensive utilization of construction land has become an inevitable trend.Based on the research results of intensive use of construction land,the paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for intensive use of construction land by the Principal Component Analysis and takes Wuzhong City as an example,which is used to make a comprehensive evaluation of regional land intensity,input level,output efficiency and other factors,and to calculate the comprehensive evaluation score of intensive use of construction land in Wuzhong City.The results show that:(1)Through the KMO test and Bartley sphere city test,the contribution rate of the principal component cumulative variance is more than 85%,and the evaluation result is reliable.(2)Compared with other cities in the autonomous region,the overall level of intensive use of construction land in Wuzhong City is low,but the intensive use of land has great potential.(3)The intensive use level of construction land in Wuzhong City is developed unbalance and has spatial differentiation because of the effect of different location,It is mainly manifested that the intensive use level ofconstruction land in Litong area and Qingtongxia City along the Yellow River are high,and the intensive use level of construction land in South central and Eastern three counties(districts)are low.
