摘要
针对城镇化土地资源、水资源等综合利用问题,在陕西富平县石川河综合整治过程中,利用普探、物理-生物(联合)和土体有机重构等技术,综合设计了河道治理、道路、园林、景观及生态治理等工程,构建了"网络生态、聚合发展"的生态发展治理模式。该技术的推广应用,对于改善区域环境具有积极作用,同时为城镇化建设进程中的水土资源优化配置、生态环境质量提升提供了科学依据及开辟了新途径。
To solve problems of comprehensive utilization of land resources,water resources during urbanization process,in the comprehensive consolidation of Shichuan River ini Fuping Shaanxi,general agent technique,physical and biological and the soil organic reconstruction techniques were jointly used to design channel management,road,landscape and ecological comprehensive treatment engineering and construct the ecological comprehensive governance model,which is network ecology and aggregation development. The popularization and application of this technology plays a positive role to improve the regional environment,and at the same time provides a scientific basis and opens up new ways for optimal allocation of soil and water resources and improvement of ecological environment during the process of urbanization construction.
