耕地质量利用等别生态环境空间分布特征——以陕西省为例

The spatial distribution characteristics of cultivated land utilization grade and ecoenvironment——A case study of Shaanxi Province

为掌握陕西省耕地利用等别及其生态环境空间分布情况,制定适合陕西省耕地质量保护和土地利用政策提供理论依据,以陕西省2015年度农用地分等省级成果为依据,结合陕西省生态环境现状分区成果,分析了陕西省耕地利用等别在生态环境空间上的分布特征。研究表明,陕西省耕地利用等别范围为4~14等,平均等11.33等,总体来看,等别偏低。生态环境良好区耕地利用等别范围是6~13等,平均等10.51等;较好区等别范围是6~14等,平均等11.24等;中等区等别范围是4~14等,平均等10.15等;较差区等别范围是11~14等,平均等13.56等;恶劣区等别范围是11~14等,平均等13.43等。全省中、低等耕地面积所占比例较大,集中在中等区和较差区,对全省耕地的平均利用等影响最大。该研究为指导陕西省耕地空间优化布局和质量提升,以及生态环境保护对策提供有力依据。

Understanding the spatial distribution characteristics of cultivated land utilization grade and ecoenvironment in Shaanxi province is of great significance for making the scientific decision for protecting and using the cultivated land quality.The spatial distribution characteristics of cultivated land utilization grade were analyzed based on the accomplishment of cultivated land classification in Shaanxi Province for 2015,and combined with the partition results of ecological environment.The results showed that the average utilization grade was 11.33 and ranged from 4 to 14,which meant that the cultivated land quality was relatively lower in Shaanxi Province.In excellent zone,the grade ranged from 6 to 13,and the average grade was 10.51.In good zone,the grade ranged from 6 to 14,and the average grade was 11.24.In medium zone,the grade ranged from 4 to 14,and the average grade was 10.15.In poor zone,the grade ranged from 11 to 14,and the average grade was 13.56.In harsh zone,the grade ranged from 11 to 14,and the average grade was 13.43.The middle and poor cultivated land had the largest area,and concentrated in the medium and poor zones,which had influenced the average utilization grade the most in the whole province. This paper provide the reference for policy making about arrangement optimization,quality improvement and ecoenvironment protection for cultivated land in Shaanxi Province.
