基于土地集约利用视角的西部地区城市用地问题探讨

Research on urban land use problems in Western China based on intensive land use

分析了西部地区城市土地利用过程中存在的问题,即土地供需矛盾突出、土地利用效率较低、土地市场化程度较低、城市用地结构不合理,指出土地集约利用是解决西部城市用地不足的重要方法,具体措施包括做好土地利用规划、盘活存量土地、适度提高容积率、积极承接产业转移、建立土地集约利用评价体系等方面。

This paper analyzes problems existing in the process of urban land use in the western region,namely,the prominent contradiction of land supply and demand,the lower efficiency of land use,the lower marketization of land and the irrational use structure of urban land,and also points out that intensive land use is the important measures to solve the shortage of urban land in western cities.Specific measures includes doing land use planning,revitalizing the stock land,increasing the volume rate,undertaking the transfer of industries actively,and establishing evaluation system for land intensive use and so on.
