摘要
以射干为材料,通过盆栽控水,研究了三种干旱处理下射干的叶绿素含量、苗高、冠幅、产量、叶绿素荧光参数、光合参数和相关生理指标的影响。结果显示:干旱胁迫会降低射干幼苗的叶绿素含量、苗高、冠幅、产量,且随着胁迫程度的加剧而加重,而其叶绿素荧光参数和光合参数日变化也呈下降趋势,但其生理指标却随着干旱程度的加剧而升高。随着干旱程度的加剧,射干的叶绿素含量依次下降了9.2%、19.9%、26.6%,冠幅依次降低32.5%、47.5%、78.8%,苗高依次降低26.8%、52.9%、72.5%,各胁迫程度间降幅显著,存在显著性正相关,且与冠幅存在极显著相关性,与此同时,叶绿素荧光参数和光合参数日变化随干旱程度的加剧双峰逐渐消失趋于直线,导致叶片组织损伤,光合作用受阻,四种生理指标逐渐上升,渗透调节与膜脂氧化加强,从而产量受到抑制,呈显著降低的趋势。
Taking belamcanda chinensis as the material,through potted water control to study the effects of three kinds of drought treatments on chlorophyll content,seedling height,crown,yield,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,photosynthetic parameters and related physiological indexes.The results show:The drought stress will decrease the chlorophyll content,seedling height,crown and yield of Belamcanda chinensis,and increase with the increase of stress degree,and the diurnal variation of chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic parameters also decreased,but the physiological index were increase in the degree of drought increased.With the increase of drought degree,chlorophyll content decreased by 9.2%,19.9%,26.6%,crown decreased by 32.5%,47.5%,78.8%,seedling height decreased by 26.8%,52.9%,72.5%,there was a significant positive correlation between stress and intensity of the crown,and diurnal variation of chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic parameters gradually increased with increase of drought degree. Leaf tissue damage,photosynthesis blocked,four kinds of physiological indicators gradually increased,osmotic regulation and membrane lipid oxidation strengthened,so the yield was inhibited,showing a significant reduction trend.
