摘要
通过盆栽试验方法,设置0、10、20和30g·kg^(-1)4个不同浓度石油污染土壤处理组,模拟自然条件下不同浓度石油污染胁迫对紫花苜蓿开始发芽时间、发芽率、株高和根长等生长状况的影响,为研究区油污土壤的物种选择提供依据。试验表明,石油污染抑制了紫花苜蓿的正常生长,导致其发芽率、开始发芽时间、株高、根长等指标较无污染组均有所减小,且原油污染浓度越大,生长差异越明显。总体来看,本试验中紫花苜蓿对轻度和中度石油污染土壤的适应性较好,可作为石油污染土壤的优势修复植物。
To provide a basis for the plant selection of oil-polluted soil remediation,this paper set up 4 different concentrations of oil contaminated soil treatments of 0,10,20 and 30 g·kg^(-1) through pot experiment method,studied the growth state,sprout time,germination rate,plant height and root length of alfalfa under natural conditions.The result showed that oil pollution stress inhibited the normal growth of alfalfa,which caused the germination rate,plant height and root length decreasing with the increasing oil concentrations.In sum,alfalfa has a good adaptability to the mild and moderate oil-polluted soil,and can be used as a priority remediation plant.
