摘要
双向流流道是一种新型滴灌灌水器流道,其内部水流运动比较复杂。为研究其水力性能,选用5个结构参数,设5个水平,通过正交表设计出25组流道,采用CFD数值模拟,对模拟结果通过宏观试验和PIV微观试验进行验证。结果表明:其中仅一组流态指数超过0.5,其余均小于0.5,表明这25组双向流流道的水力性能优良;对水力性能正交设计结果进行分析,各因素对流态指数的影响顺序:e收缩段宽>b分水件与挡水件最小距离>c分水件与挡水件底距离>d挡水件底高度>a分流段正向水流道宽,其中收缩段宽和分水件与挡水件最小距离对流态指数的影响显著,分水件与挡水件底距离对流态指数的影响一般显著,而挡水件底高度和分流段正向水流道宽影响不显著。该双向流流道水力性能良好,有相当大的发展前景。
The bidirectional flow channel is a new kind of channel for drip irrigation emitter,its internal flow movement is complex.In order to study the hydraulic performance of the bidirectional flow channel,choosing five structural parameters and five levels,25 groups of channels are designed by orthogonal table.The simulation results of CFD numerical simulation are verified by macroscopical test and PIV microcosmic test.The results show that only one group of channels has a flow index of more than 0.5,others are less than 0.5,which indicate that the hydraulic performance of 25 groups of bidirectional flow channels is excellent.By analyzing the results of orthogonal design of hydraulic performance,the influence order of convection exponent of each factor is as follows.e,the width of contraction section,is the most important factor,and followed by b,the minimum distance between the water separator and the baffle;c,distance between water separator and bottom of water barrie;d,the bottom height of the baffle;a,the width of the forward flow channel of the a diversion section.The effects of e and b on the flow index are significant,but a and d are not.The hydraulic performance of the bidirectional flow channel is good and it has a great development prospect.
