关于土地整治项目后期管护模式的思考

Thoughts on the supervision and maintenance of land consolidation project in the late stage

土地整治项目的实施,尤其是占补平衡政策的出台,为缓解我国经济发展与土地资源供给矛盾做出了重要贡献,与此同时,后期管护工作中诸多问题也逐渐暴露出来。本文以陕西省榆林市为例,分析了占补平衡土地整治项目后期管护的现状、问题及原因,对新形势下占补平衡土地整治项目后期管护模式进行了思考,提出了有关建议。

The implementation of land consolidation projects and especially the introduction of the policy of land requisition-compensation balance have made an indelible contribution to alleviating the contradiction between the economic development and the supply of land resources in our country.At the same time,many problems in supervision and maintenance have also been exposed gradually.Taking Yulin city of Shaanxi province as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation,problems and reasons existing in the supervision and maintenance of land requisition-compensation consolidation projects in the late stage.Some suggestions are put forward based on the ponders on the supervision and maintenance mode in the late stage of land land requisition-compensation balance consolidation project under the new situation.
