伴随着全球经济的飞速发展,土壤污染问题日益严重。一些发达国家在防止土壤污染方面的政策已非常成熟。本文针对一些发达国家在防止土壤污染的政策进行研究,其先进经验对我国在制定土壤污染防治方面的管理制度具有较大的启示,从而为制定符合中国发展的绿色、可持续的应用政策提供相应参考。

With the rapid development of global economy,soil contamination is becoming more and more serious.Policy of some developed countries in terms of preventing soil pollution has been very mature.The advanced experience of these developed countries in aspects of management system for the prevention and control of soil pollution has given us a lot of inspiration.This study aims to provide reference for formulating green,sustainable application policies in line with China’s development.
