摘要
土壤盐碱化是制约我国西北干旱区农作物生长发育的重要因素。岩兰草是一种高抗性植物,在盐碱地改良中应用前景广阔。在盐碱地植物盐迫实验中,采用差量试验方法,用不同等级浓度的NaCl溶液给引种栽培的岩兰草进行定期浇灌,根据植株的生长发育状况判断岩兰草种苗盐胁迫危害程度,得出土壤盐度影响岩兰草种苗引种栽培成活率。研究结果显示,岩兰草引种西北干旱地区最适宜土壤盐度为0.8%到1.2%之间,当盐分浓度超过3.0%,将抑制岩兰草生长发育,盐分浓度超过6.0%,岩兰草将无法正常生长及繁殖。因此,适中的土壤盐碱成分及浓度对植物的生长发育是必要的,且通过种植盐生植物,土壤含盐量在盐碱地耕作层明显减少,有机物和无机物含量明显增加,土壤肥力大幅提高,对西北地区生态环境修复具有很大的促进作用。
Soil salinization is an important factor restricting the growth and development of crops in arid areas of northwest China.Vetiver is a kind of plant with high resistance.It has a broad application prospect in the improvement of saline-alkali land.In the salt stress experiment of saline-alkali soil plants,different concentration of NaCl solution was used to irrigate the introduced and cultivated Vetiver regularly.According to the growth and development of plants,the damage degree of salt stress of vetiver seedlings was judged,and the effect of soil salinity on the survival rate of vetiver seedlings was obtained.The results showed that the most suitable soil salinity for introduction of vetiver grass in arid northwest China was between 0.8%and 1.2%.When the salt concentration exceeded 3.0%,the growth and development of vetiver grass would be inhibited.The salt concentration exceeded 6.0%,and vetiver grass would not grow and reproduce normally.Therefore,moderate salinity and concentration of soil are necessary for the growth and development of plants.By planting halophytes,soil salinity in the saline-alkali farming layer is significantly reduced,organic and inorganic content is significantly increased,soil fertility is greatly improved,which has a great role in promoting the restoration of the ecological environment in northwest China.
