Research and Practice on Improving the Quality of Medical Talents Cultivation Driven by the Construction of “Quality Project” in Undergraduate Teaching:A Case Study of Dalian Medical University

"质量工程"是国务院批准实施的重大高校教学改革项目,医学院校如何把握机遇,通过"质量工程"项目的建设,切实推进人才培养模式创新,深化教学改革成为医学院校面临的重要机遇和挑战。大连医科大学分析了国内医学院校"质量工程"建设存在的问题,构建以本科教学"质量工程"建设为驱动,提升人才培养质量的教育培养体系,对医学教育改革具有借鉴意义。

'Quality Project'is a major teaching reform project approved by the State Council in colleges and universities.How to seize the opportunity,through the construction of'Quality Project',effectively promote the innovation of personnel training mode and deepen the teaching reform has become an important opportunity and challenge for medical colleges and universities.Dalian Medical University has analyzed the problems existing in the construction of'Quality Project'in medical colleges and universities in China,and constructed an education and training system driven by the construction of'Quality Project'in undergraduate teaching to improve the quality of personnel training.
