农村订单定向本科医学生的职业规划制定状况及对策研究

Study on the Status and Countermeasures of the Rural Demand-oriented Medical Undergraduates' Career Planning

目的了解云南省农村订单定向本科医学生的职业规划制定状况及影响因素,为完善人才培养方案提供参考依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法抽取就读于云南省3所高等院校的1 673名农村订单定向本科医学生为调查对象,通过调查问卷和访谈提纲进行现场调查,内容包括农村订单定向本科医学生的报考原因、职业规划制定状况、职业规划课程需求等。结果农村订单定向本科医学生报考该类别多源于经济考虑或家人建议。41.29%的农村订单定向本科医学生未制定相关职业规划,该群体是否制定相应的职业规划在独生子女、年级、类型方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多数医学生建议从一年级起开设职业规划课程,只有25.60%的农村订单定向本科医学生知晓订单定向相关政策。结论农村订单定向本科医学生的职业规划制定状况不理想,相关部门应加大重视力度,帮助医学生树立职业规划意识,及时制定职业规划。

Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of the career planning of the rural demand-oriented medical undergraduates(RDOMU)in Yunnan province,and to provide a reference basis for the improvement of personnel training program.Methods We took a stratified cluster sampling method to extract 1 673 RDOMU from 3 universities in Yunnan province to investigate the subject,and to conduct a field investigation through questionnaire and interview outlines,including RDOMU’s the reasons for the application,career planning and the needs of the career planning course.Results The RDOMU applied for this category mainly due to economic considerations or family suggestions.41.29% of the RDOMU did not make relevant career plans,Whether the group develop career planning in the one-child,grade,type,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Most RDOMU suggested offering career planning courses starting from the first grade.Only 25.60% of RDOMU were aware of the order orientation relevant policies.Conclusion The overall effect of the career planning on the orientation of RDOMU is not ideal.Relevant departments should pay more attention to help medical students make career planning consciousness and develop career planning in a timely manner.
