首创“音乐课堂”联合传统心电图诊断学教学方法的实践 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解"音乐课堂"联合传统教学模式授课心电图诊断学的教学效果。方法选取我校2014级临床医学专业学生设为对照组,予以传统教学方法进行心电图诊断学知识授课。2015级临床医学专业学生设为观察组,予以传统教学方法对心电图诊断学知识进行理论授课,"音乐课堂"形式进行临床见习课授课,两组学生均在末次临床见习课结束时进行闭卷考试,同时还对观察组学生进行问卷调查,比较两组学生的考试成绩,分析观察组学生的授课效果。结果观察组学生的考试成绩明显优于对照组学生的考试成绩(P<0.001),两组学生考试成绩分布的差异也有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 "音乐课堂"联合传统教学模式授课心电图诊断学的教学效果显著,广受师生欢迎,值得在医学教学中广为推广,可供相关教学人员借鉴应用。 Objective To understand the teaching effect of'Music Classroom'combined with traditional teaching mode to teach electrocardiogram diagnosis and to provide reference for ECG teacher in diagnostics teaching.Methods The students from 2014 clinical medical speciality were set as the control group with the traditional ECG teaching methods.The students from 2015 clinical medical speciality were set as the observation group with the traditional ECG teaching methods for theoretical ECG teaching and the'Music Classroom'for ECG practice class.Both groups of students took the closebook exam at the end of the last clinical internship.At the same time,the observation group students were surveyed to compare with the test scores of the two groups and analyse the teaching effects of the observation group.Results The test scores of the observation group students were significantly better than those of the control group students(P<0.001).The difference in the distribution of the test scores was also statistically significant(P<0.001).It was very interesting that all the students convinced that they will be able to analyze the ECG independently after receiving this kind of teaching method,which indirectly proved that 'Music Class'could mobilizes the students’ enthusiasm for learning ECG.The innovative teaching method has been widely concerned and disseminated by the society.Furthermore,the innovative tearching method has been reported by many new media.Conclusion The'Music Classroom'combined with the traditional teaching mode for teaching ECG diagnostics cause a good teaching effect which was favored by students.It is worth popularizing around medical education and can be used as a good method for other teaching stuff.
