The Anxiety of Clinical Interns and the Role of Senior Support Groups

目的分析临床实习医生焦虑症状的影响因素,考察学长互助小组的作用。方法建立学长互助小组并开展互助活动。结果多因素分析显示,获得的社会支持是影响焦虑症状的一个独立因素。建立互助小组有利于减轻焦虑症状,第1周时SAS标准分平均分为(38.94±10.30),12周时为(34.14±7.86)分,P=0.012。结论学长互助小组是一种行之有效地减轻实习医生焦虑情绪的方法。

Objective The aim was to analyze the influence factors of anxiety among clinical interns,and to investigate the role of senior support groups on relieving anxiety.Methods The seniors support groups were established and different activities were carried out.Results Multivariate analysis showed that the lack of social support was an independent factor of anxiety.The average SAS standard score was significantly lower after the establishment of support groups(1 week 38.94±10.30 vs 12 week 34.14±7.86,P=0.012).Conclusion The senior support group was helpful to relieve the anxiety of clinical interns.
