Evaluation of the Application Effect of SOAP Combined with Mini-CEX in the Standardized Training of Obstetrics and Gynecology Residents

摘要 目的探索SOAP病例汇报评价表联合Mini-CEX临床演练综合评价表在培养妇产科规培住院医师过程中能否起到教学与评估双重作用,为妇产科规培住院医的培养方式提供新建议。方法随机抽取2014级、2015级、2016级在中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科基地进行住院医师规范化培训的住院医师共80人,随机分为观察组(40人)与对照组(40人),两组进行初始SOAP联合Mini-CEX评价,其后观察组在完成传统方法教学基础上,每3个月进行SOAP联合Mini-CEX评估,并进行有针对性的改良培养。对照组进行传统教学方法,12个月以后两组同时进行SOAP联合Mini-CEX最终测评。结果初始评估中观察组SOAP联合Mini-CEX成绩(88.08±7.31)分与对照组成绩(87.8±3.87)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组初始评估(88.08±7.31)分与末次考核成绩(136.08±5.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组初始评估(87.8±3.87)分与末次考核成绩(124.1±13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在末次考核中观察组SOAP联合Mini-CEX成绩(136.08±5.6)分与对照组成绩(124.1±13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SOAP联合Mini-CEX成绩与参加培训月数呈正相关(r=0.926,r2=0.858,P<0.001)。结论 SOAP联合Mini-CEX评估法的定期应用对于妇产科规培住院医师的培养具有良好效果和积极作用。 Objective Explore whether SOAP case report evaluation form combined with Mini-CEX clinical practice comprehensive evaluation form can play a dual role of teaching and evaluation in the training of standardized residents in gynecology and obstetrics,so as to provide new Suggestions for the training mode of standardized training of residents in gynecology and obstetrics.Methods A random sample of 2014 grade,2015 grade,2016 grade in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University of obstetrics and gynecology base of resident standardization training resident in 80,were randomly divided into experimental group(40)and the control group(40),two groups in the initial SOAP in combination with the Mini-CEX evaluation,followed by group at the completion of teaching on the basis of the traditional method,every 3 months for SOAP in combination with the Mini-CEX assessment,and targeted to improve training.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,and SOAP combined with Mini-CEX was finally evaluated in both groups 12 months later.Results In the initial evaluation,there was no statistically significant difference between the scores of SOAP evaluation form and Mini-CEX evaluation form in the experimental group(88.08±7.31)and those of the control group(87.80±3.871)(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the initial assessment score(88.08±7.31)and the final assessment score(136.08±5.60)of the experimental group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the initial assessment score(87.8±3.87)and the final assessment score(124.1±13)of the control group(P<0.05).In the final assessment,the results of SOAP evaluation form and Mini-CEX evaluation form in the experimental group(136.08±5.60)and control group(124.±13)were statistically significant(P<0.05).SOAP evaluation form and Mini-CEX evaluation form results were positively correlated with the number of training months(r=0.926,r2=0.858,P<0.001).Conclusion The regular application of SOAP combined with Mini-CEX evaluation method has a good effect and positive effect on the training of planned residents in obstetrics and gynecology.
