Problems and Countermeasures in Clinical Practice of Anesthesiology Medical Students Based on Analysis of Clinical Skills Graduation Exam

采用模拟人和考核量表为基础的标准化临床技能考核方法,对我校2013级麻醉本科专业毕业生的气管内插管和腰硬联合麻醉两项基本麻醉技能进行统一考核。通过对不同实习点、不同项目、不同班级和不同性别学生的成绩分析,了解和分析学生在实习中存在的问题并提出相应的解决对策。

The standardized clinical skills assessment method and assessment scale which based on the simulated person was used to conduct a unified assessment of the two basic anesthesia skills of the endotracheal intubation and the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA)from the graduate students of anesthetic degree in grade 2013 in our university.Through the analysis of the results in different practice hospitals,research projects,classes and sexual distinctions,the article gets more understanding of the problems in the collegiate internship programs and expounds its methods and questions should be noticed.
