摘要
我国高等医学教育模式发展迅速,正处于传统教学向信息化教学的转变中。基于微课的翻转课堂是一种新兴的教育模式。此教学模式要求上课前一周将教学视频发给学生进行自学,教师提供在线辅导,最后由教师在课堂进行讲解与强化。现以中国医科大学附属盛京医院麻醉科中心静脉穿刺置管术教学经验为基础,开展微课及翻转课堂这种全新的教学模式。最后,通过两组理论考试,技能考核及调查反馈的结果反馈,证明基于微课的翻转课堂可有效提高教学质量,增加学习积极性,有着广阔的应用前景。
With the rapid development of medical education,the traditional teaching is transforming to information teaching.Flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture is a new mode of education.The procedures consist of making teaching videos in advance,finishing self-study at home a week before class,providing on-line tutoring and explaining the answers at class by teachers.Flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture was performed based on the experience of clinical anesthesiology teaching in the department of anesthesiology of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University.Finally,based on the results of theory examinations,skill assessments and survey feedback in both groups,this new teaching approach have increased the teaching effectiveness and learning enthusiasm.It may have a broad application prospect.
