理论课学习对康复治疗本科生专业承诺的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Theoretical Learning on Professional Commitment of Undergraduates Majoring in Rehabilitation Therapy

摘要 目的了解康复治疗本科生专业承诺的现状,探讨学习《康复医学概论》理论课、高考志愿选择和就业前景对专业承诺的影响。方法采用大学生专业承诺量表对一年级康复治疗专业本科生进行问卷调查。结果共发放问卷91份,回收有效问卷89份。康复治疗本科生专业承诺平均分(74.348±2.014)分,其中情感承诺、继续承诺、规范承诺、理想承诺分别为(24.775±0.701)分、(15.753±0.481)分、(14.798±0.428)分、(19.022±0.571)分。理论课学习后情感承诺、继续承诺、规范承诺、理想承诺评分显著增高(P<0.001);高考志愿为调剂专业的规范承诺评分显著低于自主选择(P<0.05);就业前景为冷门专业的继续承诺评分显著高于一般专业(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗专业本科生总体上专业承诺感中等偏下;理论课学习提高了康复治疗本科生的专业承诺水平;高考志愿选择和就业前景影响康复治疗专业本科生的专业承诺。 Objective To investigate the present situation of professional commitment of undergraduates majoring in rehabilitation therapy,in addition,to explore effects of the study of Introduction to Rehabilitation Medicine,the voluntary choice of college entrance examination and the demand for employment on professional commitments.Methods Students of grade 1 majoring in rehabilitation therapy were investigated with the professional commitment questionnaire.Results A total of 91 questionnaires were sent out,and 89 returned.The score of professional commitment was(74.348±2.014),with the dimensions such as affective commitment,continuous commitment,normative commitment and ideal commitment were(24.775±0.701),(15.753±0.481),(14.798±0.428),(19.022±0.571).In addition,the scores of affective commitment,continuous commitment,normative commitment and ideal commitment were significantly increased after theoretical study(P<0.001).Furthermore,the score of normative commitment from the adjusted students in college entrance examination majoring in rehabilitation therapy was significantly lower than those of independent choice(P<0.05),while the score of continuous commitment of the unfavorable major was significantly higher than that of the general major(P<0.05).Conclusion The undergraduate students majoring in rehabilitation therapy generally have a lower moderate sense of professional commitment.The study of professional theory course improves the degree of professional commitment of undergraduates in rehabilitation therapy.The voluntary choice of college entrance examination and the prospect of employment affect the professional commitment of the undergraduates majoring in rehabilitation therapy.
