摘要
目的建立萨木萨克油的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别丁香和大蒜;采用HPLC法检测大蒜素的含量。色谱柱:Wondasil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1mL·L^(-1)甲酸(75∶25);柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL·min^(-1);检测波长:210nm。结果薄层色谱法对丁香和大蒜的鉴别效果好,重复性好,阴性对照无干扰,其线性范围为9.99~199.85μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 8),回收率为100.9%(RSD=1.2%)。结论该方法操作简单、准确、重复性好,可用于萨木萨克油的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Samusake Oil.Methods TLC was used for the identification of Caryophylli flos and Allii sativi bulbus.HPLC was used for the determination of allicin.The separation was performed on Wondasil C18column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)with mobile phase consisting of methanol-1mL·L^(-1) formic acid(75∶25)at a flow rate of1.0mL·min^(-1).The oven was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results The TLC identification of Caryophylli flos and Allii sativi bulbus showed excellent effect and good reproducibility.The negative control showed no interference.The linearity range of allicin was 9.99-199.85μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 8),and the average recovery was 100.9%(RSD=1.2%).Conclusion The established method was simple,accurate and reproducible and could be used for the quality control of Samusake Oil.
