二元手性选择剂体系在毛细管电泳手性拆分中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的综述近年来二元手性选择剂毛细管电泳手性拆分体系的最新研究进展。方法主要从双环糊精体系、基于环糊精与其他手性选择剂组成的二元体系和非环糊精类的二元体系这3个方面进行了归纳。结果各类二元手性选择剂体系均能不同程度地改善分离效果,提高分离度。结论二元手性选择剂手性拆分体系具有显著的优越性和广阔的应用前景。 Objective To provide an overview of the recent developments of chiral separation by capillary electrophoresis using dual selector system.Methods Three types of binary systems including dual cyclodextrinsystem,the cyclodextrin-based system with other chiral selector and non-cyclodextrin binary system were reviewed.Results All types of dual selector systems could improve the separation effect for enantioseparation in different degree.Conclusion Dual selector system has significant advantages and broad application prospects.
