国内降血脂药物研究进展

Domestic research progress on cholesterol-lowering agents

目的介绍近年来国内调脂药物的研究进展。方法检索国内利用动物模型和细胞模型进行调脂药物研究的有关文献。结果除了目前临床上常用的降脂药物外,研究人员还探索了葡萄籽和大黄等提取物的降脂效果,以期获得更安全、有效的降脂药物;石榴皮多酚对羟甲基戊二酸甲酰辅酶A还原酶3的基因转录起抑制作用,从而起到降脂的作用;依折麦布对小肠尼曼匹克蛋白及肝脏胆固醇7α羟化酶均有抑制作用,因此依折麦布的调脂作用具有两面性;还对何首乌的提取成分二苯乙烯苷、苯扎贝特和鲚鱼油等的降脂作用的研究进展进行了综述。结论调脂中药研究及应用有良好的发展前景。

Objective To introduce the research progress of cholesterol-lowering agents in China.Methods The literatures about the study of lipid-lowering drugs in animal or cell models were retrieved.Results Besides at present commonly used clinical lipid-lowering drugs,researchers explored the lipid-lowering effect of extracts from grape seed and rhubarb,etc,in order to get more safe and more effective lipid-lowering agents.Pomegranate peel polyphenols inhibited the gene transcripton of HMG-CoA reductase,which had the effects on blood lipid-lowering.Ezetimibe had inhibitory effects on both cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase(CYP7A1)and Niemann-Pick-C1-Like1(NPC1L1),so ezetimibe had either increasing or decreasing functions on regulating blood lipids according to its mechanism.The lipid-lowering effects of benzafibrate,eicosapentaenoic acid,and other agents were also reviewed in this article.Conclusion Research and application of lipid-lowering Chinese herbs had a promising future.
