摘要
本文按 Griffing 的方法4、模式1的双列杂交估算了11个亲本品种的株高、单株穗数、每穗粒数、千粒重、单株粒重的一般配合力、特殊配合力和遗传力,并对其估算结果进行了分析。
General and specific combining ability of five characters(i.e.plantheight,number of ears per plant,number of grains per ear,1000-kernel weight and kernel weight per plant)of eleven spring wheat varie-ties were estimated in diallel crosses by Griffing′s method 4 model 1.The main results were as follows:1.General combining ability(g.c.a)and specific Combining abili-ty(s.c.a.)were highly significant for the five characters,the g.c.a.mean squares being much higher than the s.c.a.mean squares.2.Parents with greater g.e.a.effect and smaller variance of s.c.a.might be more valuable in practical breeding.3.Crosses from the parents having several characters with greaterg.c.a.effects and at the same time showing greater s.c.a.effectsin some characters might be promising for further selection.4.Highest s.c.a.effect was found either in crosses having one orboth parents with high g.c.a.effect or crosses where both parentsshowed a low g.c.a.effect.5.Heritability estimates of five characters in the narrow sense ar-ranged in decreasing order of magnitude were:plant height(77.94%)1000-kernel weight(31.85%)——number of ears per plant(5.61%)kernel weight per plant(5.45%)——number of kernels per ear(4.39%).
