本文阐述了新疆煤田火灾治理的现状,论述了建立新疆煤田火区监测监控系统的必要性。根据煤田火灾的治理实际,设计并详细叙述了新疆煤田火灾监测监控系统和功能。在此基础上叙述了平台建立需要数据、数据种类,并对几类数据进行了属性字段的设计。同时介绍了借助GIS技术和开发平台实现各个功能。

This paper expounds the current situation of coal field fire control in xinjiang, and discusses the necessity of establishing the monitoring system of coal fire area in xinjiang. According to the actual control of coal fire, monitoring system of xinjiang coal field is designed, and each function is described in detail. On this basis, the data and data types of the platform are described, and the design of attribute fields for several kinds of data is carried out. It also introduces functions based on GIS technology and development platform.
