摘要
类器官是体外培养的由干细胞分化而来的后裔细胞所形成的具有一定空间结构的三维细胞复合体。类器官具有某些与来源器官相似的结构特征和功能特性,而且能够在体外3D培养体系中稳定扩增。目前,类器官在生物学基础研究、构建疾病模型、肿瘤研究、组织再生修复、基因治疗以及药物筛选等方面显示出了广阔的应用前景。该综述将简要介绍类器官培养体系的发展,以及其在生命科学研究中的应用。
The organoids are three-dimensional cell complexes with a certain spatial structure formed by in vitro cultured descendant cells differentiated from organ-specific stem cells or progenitors.Organoids have certain structural and functional properties similar to those of the source organs.They are capable of stable amplification in 3D(three-dimensional)culture systems.At present,organoids have shown broad application in basic biological research,construction of disease models,tumor research,tissue regeneration and repair,gene therapy,and drug screening.This review will briefly introduce the development of organoid culture systems and their applications in life science research.
