摘要
油气勘探开发正向环境恶劣和地质条件和复杂的地区推进 ,因此要求钻井泥浆泵减轻重量、减小体积、改进结构及提高效率以适应各种环境和条件。介绍了一种钻井用新型泥浆泵— 7NB泥浆泵 ,在分析新型泥浆泵的结构特点和工作机理的基础上 ,通过简化结构 ,建立了 7NB泥浆泵的运动方程和解析计算模型 ,并实现了该新型泥浆泵主要运动部件的运动学分析计算。通过计算找到了 7NB泥浆泵的运动规律、运动特点 ,为进一步改进该泥浆泵的结构。
Oil and nature gas exploration and development is going on in the regions in the adverse circumstances and the geological complex condition. For this reason, the mud pump is asked to reduce the weight and volume, to improve its structure and to raise the efficiency to adapt to various adverse circumstances and conditions. In this paper, the 7NB mud pump, a new mud pump, was described. Moving equations and computation models of the 7NB were established on the basis of studyingits structure and working principal. The kinematics of the new mud pump was analyzed. It provided the theoretical supports for the improving structure of the mud pump.
